MISSION STATEMENT
To prepare pastors and christian leaders for the service of the evangelical church in Peru and Latin America through programs centered in the Holy Scripture.
This purpose is fulfilled through:
- Developing programs for the formation of pastors and christian leaders.
- Developing post-graduate programs to contribute in deepening and enlarging the knowledge of pastors and christian leaders.
- Promoting the continuing preparation of pastors and evangelical leaders through activities and adequate programs for the churches and institutions of theological educativo.

Educational:
To provide an integrated training for christian leaders that cultivates faith, devotion, commitment and discipline in the service of Christ and his church.
Academic:
To provide integrated programs in diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels, that achieve academic excellence and compatibility with the systems of higher education of Peru, the Andean countries and the Spanish speaking world.
Theological:
To work for the glory of God in submission to his authority and the Holy Scriptures that express his will, in agreement with the principles of the Protestant Reformation as summed up in our basis of faith.
Interdenominational:
To maintain an open invitation to the different evangelical churches and denominations to participate in the educational services which the seminary offers to students, teachers and organizers.
