EPP contributes to the continuous preparation of evangelical pastors and leaders through proper Workshops for the christian churches and organizations.
These workshops are dynamically executed using new learning strategies and techniques, propitiating the integration of theory with practice. There are a variety of subjects that have to be solicited according to the needs of the pastoral and leadership’s reality.
The subjects offered are various and contemplate different areas such as: leadership, ecclesiastic administration, pastoral ethics, preaching, counseling, among others. Workshops can also be rearranged with specific subjects as solicited by the church, institution or fraternity.
LECTURERS
The workshops are in charge of professors from the Lima Evangelical Seminary with a vast experience in the pastoral ministry and teaching. On top of that, we will have pastors with a renowned career in the pastoral ministry as guest speakers.
DURATION
Depends on the subject and the specific needs of the group; although, we recommend workshops of 10 pedagogic hours.
COSTS
The costs are accessible and depend on the workshop’s modality.
LOCATION
The workshops can take place in the premises of the organization that requests the training.  The seminary’s site is also available prior coordination with the office of EPP.
