The Permanent Education for Pastors (EPP) has the purpose to equip pastors and christian leaders with efficient tools, enriching in this way, the ministry for which the Lord called them. 
Our task as a seminary is to contribute with the profile of the Peruvian pastor that wants to be like Christ and to live only for His Glory; a pastor that knows and applies the Bible for his daily life, family and ministry, and that is permanently updating himself in a complete way. 
As we know, the Pastor carries out his ministry “to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith an in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12-13). The leaders have the challenge to fulfill the same calling.
