PASTORAL SELF-EVALUATION UNDER PASTORAL SUPERVISION

This training is directed to pastors currently ministering and is designed to be highly participative and reflexive, having a constant interaction among the group of participants. In there, the theory emerges from personal experiences, and leads the participants to be involved in all sessions.
Through their sermons and their analysis of church administration and counseling cases, based on their own personal experiences, the participants get to know their own persona better, strengths and weaknesses. The goal is for the pastor to become the supervisor of his own ministry.
